Are Donations Tax-Deductible?
Our intention is to migrate into a non-profit corporation. Of course at that time all clothing and financial donations would be eligible for tax-deductible status. The process of qualifying for a non-profit takes some time. Currently, however we are structured as a “public benefit company” and your donations are NOT tax-deductible.
